A former nationally ranked fighter, he fought alongside Joe Lewis on the famous Tracy Karate Team. Inducted into the 1976 Black Belt Hall of Fame, "Instructor of the Year", Jay is in great demand for his seminars. As director of the ISKA Referees, Will has refereed more than 6000 rounds of full contact karate and has also appeared as expert analyst on Prime Network.
