Howard Jackson began his karate training in 1968 in Detroit, Michigan. After moving to Southern California, Howard trained with senior members of the Chuck Norris Studios. Howard went on to win the Top 10 Nationals in 1973, the Battle of Atlanta in 73 & 74 and the U.S. Karate Championships in 73. In 1980, Howard became WKA World Welterweight Champion in full contact and now teaches in his own school in Southern California.
