Troy started his karate training in 1973 and soon found his way into karate competition. He won the 1985 WAKO World Championships in London, England and won both the point tournament and the kcikboxing titles. Troy won the ISKA World Featherweight Kickboxing title in 1987, and went on to win IBF World Featherweight Boxing Title in 1991. This makes Troy the only fighter in history to hold a world championship title in two sports, kickboxing and boxing. |
